The process flow of stair railings mainly includes the following steps:
Ingredients and base treatment: According to the requirements of the design documents, prepare and batch the guardrails and handrails. The embedded elevation, position, and quantity of the embedded parts should meet the design and installation requirements, and anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment should be carried out.
Matrix treatment: Ensure that the base concrete is solid and has no looseness. The installation elevation should meet the design requirements, and the uneven areas need to be repaired and leveled.
Line drawing: According to the structure of the railing and handrail, the horizontal and vertical position lines are drawn and corrected.
Semi-finished product processing and splicing combination: According to the design requirements, the stair handrails are laid out and made. A sample needs to be made before the elbow is made, and the elbow is made according to the sample.
Installation:
Wooden handrail installation: From bottom to top, first install the starting elbow, then connect the handrail to ensure that the height meets the design requirements. The joints between the handrail and the elbow should be dovetailed or anchored with iron parts and glued.
Safety glass guardrail installation: A gap of 5 to 8 mm should be left between adjacent glasses, and non-acetic silicone sealant should be used for sealant.
Metal railings and handrails installation: The installation of railing uprights should be carried out one by one from the starting point upwards according to the requirements and the construction ink line. Weld or bolt the uprights to ensure that they are firm and not loose. After welding, perform anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment.
Welding and fixing: Pay attention to controlling the welding current, voltage and welding speed during welding to ensure welding quality. Perform anti-corrosion treatment after welding.
Inspection and acceptance: After the construction is completed, the stair railings are inspected and accepted to ensure that the quality of the project meets the requirements of the specifications.
